We’re a small operation, not a multinational defense contractor with a call center in the mountains. Responses may take a bit—but we will respond.

• Asking if our gear will make you an operator = not a support issue
• Asking if your buddy will stop roasting you = also not a support issue
• Actual order problems = yes, absolutely

Because of this, returns are NOT accepted unless the item arrives damaged or not as described.

If something is genuinely wrong:

Include your order number and photos
We’ll make it right

If you ordered it, wore it once, realized your squad roasted you, and now regret it—
That’s character development. Not a return.

About the Brand

Cringe Tactical was born from years in LE, FFL work, and hearing way too many dudes explain ballistics, CQB, and “real world ops” without ever leaving the counter.

This brand isn’t about gatekeeping.
It’s about self-awareness.
